Bridging Masterclass

December can be a quieter month for obvious reasons and a perfect time to reflect on 2025 and more importantly think about what you want to achieve in 2026. We are no different and are excited with the opportunities we see in specialist lending next year.

Following the success of the Commercial Masterclass I ran in October, I will be running a Bridging Masterclass in January during which I will be exploring the many opportunities within the Bridging arena and the vast array of situations where a bridge can be used.

Having helped hundreds of brokers place Bridging and Commercial enquiries over the last 15 years, one of the biggest things I have learnt is that the vast majority of brokers want to do more but lack the confidence in these so-called complicated specialist areas.

So, my intention is to expel some of the myths of bridging and the costs involved and show you how you can assist your clients. Plus, of course help you to earn on average an extra £2,500 commission per month by doing 1 bridging case.
