Lending Based on Market Value (MV)
We can place cases where we work off Market Value instead of Vacant Possession (VP), offering up to 85% of VP. This means fewer last-minute surprises and reduced risk of buyers being asked to increase deposits post-valuation.
Reduced Lease Period Requirements
Greater flexibility with shorter lease terms-helping more deals fit criteria without unnecessary complications.
Vacant Units Accepted in Multi-Unit Deals
We can place vacant properties within multi-unit transactions, as long as affordability is supported by rental income from the remaining units.
