I'm pleased to introduce Michael Mann, Broker Business Development Director at Allica Bank.

Michael brings over 26 years' experience in commercial lending, having spent 16 years with high street banks including RBS and Barclays, followed by five years with OSB Group and over five years with Allica Bank.

He specialises in supporting SMEs to grow-whether through funding expansion, acquiring owner-occupied premises, or refinancing onto improved terms-and is passionate about helping businesses secure the right lending solutions.

Michael has worked closely with Complete FS for over a decade across multiple institutions and has a strong appreciation for their expertise, particularly their understanding of commercial businesses, lender requirements, and their ability to support brokers in successfully placing deals. He also considers Bob Hope of Complete to be a true expert in the field.
