About us

History

Complete was founded in 1993. Since that time the company has established itself as a leading mortgage packager and distributor.

The business covers the whole of the market including Prime, Complex Prime, Near Prime and Buy to Let mortgages as well as Secured Loans, Commercial Finance and Bridging Finance. Among the facilities offered to our introducers are an online DIP facility, enquiries desk and 24/7 online case tracking. With our headquarters in Hampshire, we continue to support the intermediary market with innovative products along with highly trained and experienced staff.

Profile

We focus on building up closer ties with the specialist lenders in the market. Some of the new challenger banks cannot easily access the wider market so will rely on our experience and expertise to distribute these products.
It’s not just the new lenders who like what we provide, even the established lenders see the quality. A number of lenders have given us on-site underwriters so we can physically talk through an enquiry with the decision maker which gives brokers greater confidence in consistency of decisioning.
