Who is Central Trust?

We’re an independently owned specialist secured loan lender in the UK and are part of the CT Capital PLC group of companies that have been providing secured loans since 1988.

What do we do?

We only offer secured loans with amounts available from £3,000 to £100,000 with flexible repayment terms between 3 and 25 years. You can also choose from a fixed or variable rate. All loans are subject to status and an assessment of affordability.

In terms of our principal USPs

  • A classic Credit Repair lender – Cheap fee’s in and low ERC’s to exit – even on all Fixed Rates – Typically Admin fee of £395 and 2 months interest to exit
  • Fixed rate products on 3, 5, 7 and 10 year terms
  • 100% of all benefits income accepted – Includes Foster Care ( only exception Job Seekers Allowance … )
  • 100% of all second – third … and other jobs income accepted
  • Pay Day Loans , and up-to-date IVA / DMPs accepted on 0 status plans also Bankruptcy after discharge 3 years plus
  • Plans rank from 0 to 4 status points ( max of 2 payments down on the Mortgage )
  • Disregard any defaults / CCJs < £300 and < £3000 satisfied or > 12 months old, ignore all Mail Order and Communications Suppliers
  • Non-standard construction properties – normally accept all properties , High rise at any level, ex local authority houses and flats, Steel Framed , Timber Framed , Pre-fab, Cat II listed,
  • Cash out for a variety of purposes
