  • Commercial and residential investment
  • Loan size: £100,000 – £2.5m
  • Term: Three to ten years
  • LTV: up to 70%
  • Interest rate: Tracker rates from 4.99% pa over BoE
  • Exit fee: 1.00%, subject to ESG discounts
  • Repayment method: Interest only for now, serviced monthly
  • ICR: 125%
  • Unregulated lending in England and Wales only
 

TAB Bridge

Lending criteria:

  • First and second charge residential and commercial
  • Loan size: £100,000 – £7.5m+
  • Term: One to 24 months
  • LTV: up to 75%
  • Interest rate: Tracker rates from 6.00% pa over BoE
  • Exit fee: No exit fees
  • Repayment method: Deducted or serviced interest
  • Unregulated lending in England, Wales and Scotland

TAB Bridge Refurbishment and Development

Lending criteria:

  • Loan size: £100,000 – £7.5m
  • Term: One to 24 months
  • LTV/day one LTV: up to 70%
  • LTGDV: up to 65%
  • Interest rate: Tracker rates from 8.50% pa over BoE
  • Exit fee: 1.00% on development finance only
  • Repayment method: Deducted or serviced interest
  • Unregulated lending in England, Wales and Scotland
  • We can lend up to 100% development costs
