Our lending was originally funded through our shareholders, we progressed to launch our first fund in Guernsey in 2011. Today our funding comes from a combination of institutional long term, committed funds under management and our own balance sheet. This means introducers and borrowers can speak with genuine decision-makers and feel comfortable in our ability to deliver.
