We are committed to providing and processing loan applications on behalf of the financial intermediary from our diverse panel of specialist lenders for distribution to the entire sector.
Our 2 main aims are to negotiate exclusive products and criteria enhancements with our panel lenders and to convert as many new enquiries into completions. We are proud to have some of the best conversion ratio’s in the country.
This is further enhanced by the numerous lender on-site underwriters that we have to ensure more accurate decisions in principals, more consistent underwriting which leads to quicker offers and more completions.
