As I was buying at auction, timing was critical and he provided appropriate finance options quickly and was always available to discuss the lending criteria. Jack was also brilliant at communicating with the lender to keep my application on track and monitoring the progress. He was great at making sure I was kept informed at each stage of the process and both Andy and Jack responded quickly to my queries. ” I just wanted to reach out to recognise just how incredible Helen Kitchen has been the past couple of weeks with one our firms cases. The advisor originally dealing with the case has been out of the office for the past couple of weeks and I have been keeping an eye on their cases. However this one appeared to have slipped through and completion was delayed by a week. We’re flat out this end and it was so great that Helen took the initiative to do what was needed. The customer is very happy as they are a detail orientated person. Thanks to Helen I was able to call them yesterday and keep things sweet.
