” The case that we worked on with Becky was quite complex and there were a number of hurdles to get over throughout the application process. However, despite the pressure of all of this Becky remained incredibly patient, calm and always available to offer advice and reassurance. We felt every effort was made by Becky to ensure information and documents were passed to the lender as quickly as possible when provided to her. We had updates as often as Becky was able to give them, which was for the most part at least once or twice a week.
